You’ve booked Eli. Now what?

LOGISTICS

Riser
Eli prefers a riser when ever possible.

Microphone
Lavaliere preferred most of the time.

Visual Aids
Eli uses visual aids with programs more than 1 hour in length. She uses PowerPoint 2000 for PC. Eli will bring or send a disk to be used with your computer-generated projection system.

Lighting
Lighting, Lighting, Lighting. As a former professional actress, Eli knows that you can’t inspire an audience that can’t see you. Eli likes to be fully lit.

Handouts
For programs more than 90 minutes in length, a master set of participant materials will be provided for the meeting planner to duplicate.

Groups often purchase Eli’s books, audio tapes and video tape programs as a gift to audience members. In some cases, these can be personalized for the specific audience. Contact Eli for more details. If products are not purchased in advance, Eli will provide order forms and the products on site. One or two 6 ft. tables will be required for product sales.

Audio/Video Recording
No audio or video recorders of any kind may be used during the presentation without the prior permission of Eli Davidson.

Lodging
Usually at least one overnight is required, reserved for late arrival. Please have the room and tax booked to the client whenever possible. Eli requires a non-smoking room.
